Civitas 2230
Civitas 2230 is a city building game where players play as the presidents of their own cyberpunk dystopia. One player plays as Civitas Nihilium starting with loads of resources and influence, and the others play as startup Civitases in their own right?
Eager to climb the League of Patriots which is the scoring mechanism within the game, but also the replacement of the UN that enables citizens known as patriots to choose where they wish to live - kind of creating a state of false utopia.

Synopsis
The game series itself is set within the second dimension where the characters within the game, on close inspection appear to be having an existential crisis. They think they might actually be in a board game series / PC text adventure. There is even a faction that is a scientific cult dedicated to discovering the mysteries of our dimension, where you, me and the players are from, which they inside the game have called Profundum.
