In a dystopian future, the neon-drenched metropolis of Telensia is a city of extreme technological advancement and corporate oppression. Controlled by the iron-fisted "Current Inc." and its mysterious Impresario, the city’s inhabitants live under the constant surveillance of elite android units.

The story follows Mizira Melladoria, a young woman who discovers she is at the heart of a brewing revolution. After a chance encounter with a band of outcasts known as the Dragon’s Resistance, Mizira must navigate a dangerous web of digital corruption and high-stakes vigilante justice to reclaim her freedom and the soul of the city.
